Blog is still relevant or Not

That is many challenge to continue write in blog one of the reason is now day blog look not relevant when the increasing sosial media such as Fb and twiter which can give a fast information and a lot of reader so what will happen to blog. how long it can withstand if noting improvment from blogspot. I still think to continue write blog or not.
